Screen Printing
Screen Printing
What is screen printing?
Quite simply screen printing is one of many methods for printing graphics onto
a t-shirt. For a time it was also popularly known as silk-screening.
At S&S we use high-quality inks that are pushed through a polyester screen mesh,
onto your garment. Multiple screens can be used to layer with other colors.
This method of printing is great because it works with most garments,
including dark color fabrics, it works best in small print areas.
It not only provides excellent color saturation, but it also gives garments that
“vintage-y” look. Screen printing is an excellent option for those looking to
show off their brand/logo for years to come.
Because of the setup time it takes to make each screen, screen printing is a
great option for the buyer who is looking to place a bulk order.
The more garments placed for an order the cheaper the cost per shirt.

Sublimation
Sublimation has become a popular printing method used in recent years because of
the soft feel and endless color options.
To simply explain the process, we first print your graphic on to special transfer
paper using sublimation inks, and then we use a heat press to transfer the ink to the
item you want to decorate.
It is in this stage where the ink transforms from a solid state to a gaseous state and
becomes a part of the garment.
It is a great option for those buyers with low order numbers, looking to purchase
a vivid full-color design to any number of sublimatable products that we offer.
